have a look! absolutely perfect, perfect, perfect. charis is doing great and stays with us in the room all day long. she is very alert, is breastfeeding well, and sleeps soundly. i see great scholarly achievements in her future as she has passed her fist test, a hearing test, with A+'s. good job sweets!
mom is doing much better, she turns in her bed on her own but with much effort and is good spirits. she is receiving 2 units of blood today in response to very low blood pressure readings and low hemoglobin levels after the birth. she is in a good amount of pain but her skin color and energy level is improving by the hour. she has worked incredibly hard and her will and attitude never cease to amaze me.
